ocio7 reserves the right to remove comments and contributions which are violating the dignity of man, or with discriminating, xenophobic, racist, pornographic or insulting content. The same applies to content that infringe the protection of minors, threatened the public security, or in the opinion of ocio7 is not suitable to be published.

 

Under no circumstances ocio7 is responsible for any opinions expressed by their users in the recommendations, reviews, listing or any other content on ocio7.

ocio7 reserves the right to modify the applicable prices and conditions, which are published on the website during the purchase process.

 

Already completed contracts for services are not affected by the price change. For contracts with renewal options we apply the prices and conditions that are valid in the moment of prolongation.

 

The applicable payment methods are displayed to the user during the purchase process. He can select the preferred method for himself.

 

In case of non-compliance to the payment methods or non-fulfilment of the payment obligation, ocio7 reserves the right to quit or cancel the purchased service.

 

 

 

 

Tax burden

 

The prices displayed at the moment of the payment include value added tax (VAT) where applicable.

 

As ocio7 with location in Lazarote is subject to the Canarian special tax system, we do not apply the Spanish IVA, but the Canarian I.G.I.C. (General Canarian Indirect Taxation) applicable in their current version.
